Summary
As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and growth of our products, working cross-functionally to drive product discovery, strategic direction, product development, and market adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision and Leadership: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with Avail’s mission to unify Web3 with scalable infrastructure. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve product milestones and deliver on the vision.
- Market and User Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs. Gather insights to further the team’s understanding and translate them into product features that address real needs.
- Product Development and Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Community and Ecosystem Engagement: Engage with the broader Web3 and blockchain communities to foster partnerships, gather feedback, and promote adoption of Avail’s infrastructure solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in product management, ideally within the blockchain or Web3 space. Experience with blockchain infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Technical Depth: Solid understanding of blockchain technology and architecture, including zk and optimistic rollups. Familiarity with data availability, modular constructions, bridging and interoperability solutions, zk, and security mechanisms is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively about complex problems, with a strong focus on delivering user-centric solutions that address market needs.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Adaptability and Drive: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment where you will be required to “wear multiple hats.” Driven, self-motivated, and able to navigate ambiguity and drive progress.
